The goal of the Biz Builder Workforce Training program is to prepare the participants for employment in the real world while teaching them to manage and operate within the Biz Builder Sports & Fitness Program. There are seven (7) job positions: (1) Administrators, (2) Life Skills Coaches, (3) Tennis Coaches (4) Golf Coaches, (5) Mentoring Coaches, (6) Career Coaches and (7) Digital Marketing Coaches.
